Mr. Larkins was a noted aviation writer and photographer for many years.
I only located this photograph in July 2020 and found that I could not get permission to use it as Mr. Larkins had passed the previous September. I have decided to add this photo to the Frontier photo album and hope that someone might know of a family member who could give "official" permission to use this photograph.
